Play in the front caliper

I've been having this intermittent rubbing/squeaking sound when driving and braking and have foud the problem. It does not affect braking performance but only occurs on the driver's side. Could it be from the dealer over torquing the lug nuts?

Are the bracket bolts themselves tight? Mine have come loose twice now, causing quite a bit of noice and vibration, even with Loctite.

The bracket bolts are tight. There is no play what so ever in the bracket. I have tightened the caliper to bracket bolts as much as possible. I have had bad experience before with snapping those bolts so I refuse to torque them more than I already have.
