please help identifying noise

Ok this noise is coming from the front end... this has to have something to do with the wheels or something that makes the wheels turn cause.. it sounds like every revolution (maybe not every) but for the most part only when my wheels are spinning at a decent speed.. i can hear something turning.. its a sound that would make you think you could feel it shake you but.. the car is smooth for the most part, no problems wobbling or what not .. high or low speeds.. but i keep hearing whatever it is.

instead of just a smooth sound when your wheels are spinning.. i can actually hear something turning the tires and its not a noise i can really explain so this is going to be broad but.. please help if you understand the noise i'm explaining..

EDIT: if i could better explain it.. it's not a CONSTANT noise.. its something that .. goes from soft to louder.. like in and out each turn of the wheel.. its not a constant grind or anything, its not even a grinding noise.. just like WWOOOOoooooowwOOOOOOOwwwoOOOOOOoowwOOOO lol i know that looks stupid but if you sound it out it kinda makes sense..do it kinda fast and you'll get it

i know i DO need an alignment.. altho i doubt that will solve thise noise problem.. my alignment is slightly off.. nothing major yet

Well sorry I can't help...But i Did try to make that noise...and i just feel stupid now lol

It sounds like the same problem i had and it turned out to be the wheel bearings.

yea i was leaning towards the bearings .... how much does it cost to replace those?

You may also want to check the fluid level in your Tranfer Case and front differential (assuming you have 4x4)

i do have a 4x4... how do you check those fluids? and how would you replace them?

There's a fill plug on the t-case just below the driveshaft. The fluid should be level with the bottom of the hole. Same is true of the front diff (I don't remember where the fill plug is though).
