Please help! What are these parts?

2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 SOHC V6

I was attempting to take off my spark plug wires from the plugs on the driver's side. They were extremely difficult to take off. While attempting to take the wires of I accidentally knocked into the parts shown below and broke off the bottom piece with the two hoses connected from the top part. Did I completely break the part or does the bottom part clip back into the top part. Any help would be appreciated.

That is the fuel vapor canister purge valve. I do not think you can fix it. It is not overly expensive, around $50 or so. Less on rockauto.
