PN Ford or Motorcraft or other to replace the steel heater hose transfer tubes

Does anyone know a PN or cross reference so that I can source this part in the photo. I know the generic number is 18B402 and the folks at ford parts gave me a number for greensalescompany who said there is no stock in the nation. The gave me a PN like F77z18b402 AD. I cannot even find it buy looking at pictures but I'm sure there is a motorcraft number like K-????. The engine is in a 1998 Ford SOHC Vine E.

No idea so I'd check local junkyards, maybe refinish and engine enamel paint a used one if it had rust.
