I like the fender flares on the ST (and looking to hide my dented fender). Looking for the "bolt-on" looking style. Can't seem to find them. Reaching out to anyone on here who has any for sale or could find some for me on your local craigslists....if there is not any, can I find some close enough and mod them??? I would think this would be cool to do...........

Yeah I had read that the other day. Those seem so DOME-ISH. idk, I think they are awesome, but a little big for my application...my tires would look so small in those things

I can tell you right now that the pocket style fender flares are worth more than gold in the sport trac world. if you find a set, do not tell a soul where you found them until you have them in your hands. I've been looking for a full set for about 2 years and every time a set pops up it gets snatched away before I can get in on it haha. There was a front pair on ebay a little while ago... Id say maybe a month ago.

Haha yeah they're huge. You'd have to have full width axles and 14.50 tires to fill em but it's an idea for if you wanted to modify some.

okay well I found some lol.....So 450$ is the best I can get fro them?????? I wasn't planning on spending that much, but if they are worth gold then I might as well buy em.

I would call and verify that those are for a 2001-2005 Sport Trac before ordering, just to be sure. Have them send you pictures of the actual product too, some have ordered these rare flares from various companies with generic ST pictures only to get regular flares or flares for a regular Explorer. Jmo, save yourself hassle and make sure before hand.

The bushwacker part number for the sport trac pocket flares is 21913-02

What rebel said. I know my4x4 has them at the jacked price. But I'm not sure those are the right ones...

That site also doesn't look very well maintained, meaning they may say they have them in stock but haven't updated the online inventory in a long time.

the suggested site has not gotten back to me on them... I am kinda upset about that lol Stilll looking.

Could I use a ranger Flare??? From a similar year???

You could, if you wanted to cut and glass them back together and shave them to fit. Not gonna be easy though. Did you ever get your engine fixed?

Nope, different body styles and lines.

engine is running okay. Got a chemical flush and that seemed to help. As long as i let the truck heat up for a little bit It does not knock real loud. Pretty sure the timing chains need to be serviced soon though. I have about a year left my mechanic says.

Oh and rebel...found out one of the brake lines or brake cylinders are leaking. taking off wheels tomorrow to see if any of the bearings are tripping up the abs sensors causing my brakes to lock up and skid
