Pocket style fender flares

I was searching and found a post with a pic of a 4th gen explorer with the bushwacker pocket style fender flares. I was wondering if anyone knows if a set for a ranger can be modified to work on the 3rd gen explorer

If you're talking about the Grey 4th gen with the larger rims and low profile tires, he custom made those flares out of fiberglass. As far as it's known on here, nobody has tried to mock up ranger, or any other style flare to fit a third gen
