All those repairs you've already performed sound like good fixes for a rough idling engine. But did you reset the engine's computer after changing the parts?? Especially after cleaning the MAS and changing the O2 sensors, you should reset the computer and see if it helps. Just disconnect your battery for about a half hour or so and it will reset the computer, causing it to "forget" all the old stored problem codes that were there before the repairs were done. Now, there may still be something else wrong with the truck, but it might be as simple as resetting the computer. It's worth a shot! Good luck and let us know what happens!

Raw fuel, Sounds like a stuck Fuel Pressure Regulator...On the end of the Fuel Rail..front left, looking at the engine, you will see a round, diaphrame looking thing, 2 lines going to it,1 steel, 1 plastic...Carefully remove the plastic line and check for fuel..If any moisture is in the line, replace the regulator.

fuel pressure regulator

I took the plastic line which looks like a vacume line off and there is gas dripping out,is this normal?I reset the computer last night after doing all the work and it still runs like crap.where would i get a fuel pressure regulator at?Autozone western auto, carquest, napa? Thanks for help guys we are getting there slow but sure I have faith. Thanks Brad in Iowa

That was the fuel pressure reg that the line came off of..It is blown if there is fuel in the line.. There are 2 types, screw on line and snap line, you probally have the screw on type.. Figure about 65 tops at autozone..Depending on how long this has been going on, you might want to do an oil change.
Procedure is simple..
Start vehicle, pull the fuel pump fuse, allow engine to "Die"..
Remove plastic line..
remove fuel line..
remove the 2 bolts that hold it in...
carefully remove the old regulator..
There may still be pressure in the fuel rail, so wear eye protection...
install new regulator in reverse order...
Good luck..
