I'm currently diagnosing some electrical malfunctions on a 2000 Ford Explorer (including lights on the dash and fuel pump inconsistencies) that I've been thinking could be related to my PCM. I removed it and inspected it for the usual corrosion and / or moisture, and I found what looked like a little bit of oil around the plug opening (not terribly unusual I think?) and, more importantly, that the coating on the circuit board was a little warped. I've attached some very close up images of the warping to this post. I'm not so sure what I'm looking at altogether and I'm kinda new to electrical issues, so does anyone happen to know whether this looks like damage? Also, what else may be happening to cause those electrical mishaps (other than fuses which I checked)?

Don't look like damage looks like a 20 year old coating that has been through a bunch of heat cycles

Perhaps post a pic of the whole board both sides
