possible shorting out of transmission control circut

my 95 ex eb 4.0 ohv 4r55e has a problem when in 3rd gear mostly will start to shift erraticuly ihave had it overhauled it did help some but it has gotten worse again the range sensor has been replaced i just changed the pcm with a reman unit dont now where to look further any ideas! hoping someone has had this problem before.

update!! i think ihave the problem wipped i remove the computer and sprayed the heck out of the conector with electronics cleaner it was pretty dirty . so far its working better . i hope i dont have to replace the under hood harness i doubt if i could get one any more.

update: i got the previus problem fixed it was in the transmission conecttor on the back of the engine! new problem i have lost overdrive. gas milege gone to hell. question: computer says 461 #3 soleniod circut not complete #3 soleniod replaced wire harness changed switch on selector lever changed light will go on and off when switch depressed but starts flashing , will go in and out of freewheel on que, im thinking bad sprag.i can see it shift thru 1,2,3,and then i think tc lockup but no overdrive. btw its 4r55e 4.0 ohv
