Hey guys,
Sorry it took me so long to join the conversation... First off, I hope Kris is doing ok, and I really appreciate everyones help and support!

I'll be taking to my lawyer this week, to determine how I should handle this whole thing. I read through the post, but I don't think anyone has explained exactly what happened. The caddy was in front (behind Brian I think?), I was behind the caddy, and Kris was behind me. The driver of the caddy was trying to figure out where he was supposed to turn. He lightly applied his brakes, as if he's getting ready to turn... I also lightly applied my brakes, to match his reduced speed... The driver has still not signaled a turn... Then, after passing the intersection the caddy continues to slow down... I applied the brakes as hard as I could... The vehicle begins to slide... I cut the wheel to the right as far as I can, hoping the wheel will catch... The close I get to the caddy, the slower it's moving... Finally, the instant before I impact with him the caddy is completely stop with the brakes applied...

The guy gets out of the car and says, "I say ya comin' up fast behind me, so I stop!" Wow, give this guy a freakin' award for this incredible display of intelligence. "I saw ya comin' up fast behind me, so I stopped!"

Let's think about this for just a minute... It might have made more sense if he just would have said, "Hi, I'm ignorant! I know I didn't signal, and I know I missed my turn, but I just wanted to appologized for acting stupid and coming to a complete stop in the middle of the road." At least then I would have believed him... :frustrate
