I haven't seen them move yet, but everytime I lock the doors and come back, I find that the pedals have moved so they're closest to the driver's seat. I've tried setting the right position using the seat memory, but that doesn't help. It's kind of annoying having to move them back to where they were everytime. Since it's mostly me driving I'm tempted to unplug them. This happen to any of you guys? Thanks

My '04 EB is working fine, doesn’t do what you describe. Could you be using the key fob with a different setting? Key fob can be coded to 1 or 2 - try programming the fob too when you set the seats.

I think that's my issue, with the keyless entry remotes. I'll try setting both the 1 and 2 settings tomorrow and then see what happens. I didn't think about this, and I only have one remote

In my '04 menu settings, there's an option for "easy exit seat" that slides the seat all the way back and down, then when you start the vehicle the next time, it readjusts to your setting.

I know the memory system remembers where two drivers seat and pedal positions are, and like mentioned, you may have not programmed it to remember your settings.
