Power seats and seat warmer problems

I have a 2002 EB Ex with 80K miles. I have two problems with it right now but they may be interlinked as they are electrical in nature. 1. Power seats do not adjust at all when the outside air temp is cold and I get the seat warning light displayed. When engine warms up after driving the problem goes away! No Codes come up. 2. When the seat warmers are activated (either side), the action is displayed on the console then immediately shuts off. No codes in memory for this either and fuses are good.
Has anyone seen this problem or problems yet? Suspect a bad connection or module but do not know which. Any help will be great.

I can't answer your questions, but I've been intending to ask if others have had issues with the heated seats? Mine will blow the fuse. I'm curious if others have had this problem and what they did to fix it. I've had other vehicles with heated seats and the typical problem is an "open" on the heat wire and you can usually replace the heating wire. Mine must have a short somewhere. I couldn't find any info in my repair manual on it and haven't tried to tear the seat apart.

Can I purchase the heating wire at a local auto parts store or do I have to comb the junkyards?

I would think that you would want to get them from a stealership. I don't know the part number. I have a SAAB with heated seats and they're replaceable with some effort.

I have a 2020 platinum and all 4 seat warmers arent working neither is the front seat coolers working any one has any idea why
