Power Seats on 02 XLS

I've been reading some posts on here about people putting power seats into XLS's which have stock manual seats. I haven't seen any clear answers as to whether this is a simple install. Is it already wired for power seats or would I have to do it?

The passenger side was easy-just a ground and a fused 12 volt power. The drivers seat I had was a ***** I had to individually test each wire it because it was a memory seat. A major pia but so much nicer. I will look for the wiring diagram I saved because the factory diagram was worthless for me. And no, the wiring for the seat was not there. You will need to transfer the seat position sensor and seat belt connector from the old seat. I think the airbag uses those to calculate the deployment. Just a guess.
