Power Steering Service Question

I just purchased a 2005 Sport Trac. Has 72,000 miles and very clean looking
Ford Dealer says all services up to date. I have changed the oil in transfer and rear diff, did the transmission today. All with Amsoil.
Next is to sevice the power steering and change oil.
Not sure where to start. Any help with this task?

I'd say to just remove the return hose at the reservoir, put it in a container, start the truck and fill the reservoir back as it empties. You'll have to turn the wheel back and forth to flush the rack so I don't think you'll do all that by yourself, need a helper. Pressure on the return hose, IDK how much........don't know anyone who has ever changed their P/S fluid.
