power streering whine

No fluid is leaking and my x has been very quite for a ford pump. Now the pump is barely starting to whine when turning. I was planning on flushing it and putting in synthtic fluid. Autozone sold synthtic fluid in the quarts, it was made by prestone. Now all I see is the lucas stop leak. That prestone fluid worked great, can you still buy it?

Yes you can still purchase fully synthetic PS fluid, and in my opinion ( and is what I use ) its a prudent move.

Look for RedLine synthetic PS fluid. I get mine from Jegs.
