I've had this problem for a month or so now. I feel like it has to do with the worn hinge pin. Since I've been having to slam the door.
The window will roll down about an 1/8 inch when I hit the down button (auto down) and stop. I can repeat this til its all the way down. Window rolls up just fine however.
I tried lubing the tracks of the regulator and the guides on the sides.
I then took the motor out and left it plugged up. It acts exactly the same, so that rules out the regulator I believe.
That leaves the switch or the auto down relay.
Can anyone offer any advice on how to narrow it down further?
