As time goes by, my power windows get slower and slower. I mean, they still move, but nothing like they used to. I'm wondering what the best solution for this is. Can I just open the door panels and grease the tracks, or will I have to replace the motors or what? Has anyone found an easy solution for this?

Yeah try some silicone spray grease in them. I tried the heavy duty kind of grease and it did no good. But i've heard the silicone will make it alot better.

Would the silicone spray grease also work to cure squeaks and jerky movements in the windows?

I'm thinking it should fix your sqeaks and jerky movement too. Has anyone else tried this and does it work? I don't want to disassemble the doors more than once as the damn moisture barrier is like fly paper.
