power windows not working

when i was putting the headliner and visors back on my explorer when i was done i tryed out the moonroof switch and the moonroof went back and up like abouve the roof line wich was weird but when i was done with everything i went to roll up my window it was half way down and nothing happend when i pushed the button so i tryed the other door's switches and still nothing but the power locks still work??? and even the power moonroof button does not work now. i checked the power lock/power window fuse and its fine i even replaced the big relay in the instrument panel relay module #4 one labeled in the manual as accy. delay system power windows still nothing someone please help. is there wires running in the roof in the space were you screw in the visor hindges and center dome light thing that i could have drilled threw?

you most likely blew a fuse... use a meter and not your eyes.... fuses are like women, they may look good but when you get down to doing "it", they aren't any good.
