Read on this site a while back about Power windows that had very little power and how to remidy this with several options, one was a gear rebuild kit another was trying to make your own nylon gears, I looked around my local hardware store and found some great steal ball bearings that fit into the sockets perfectly. Don't know if Lowes or Home Depot carries these bearings. I found them at True Value, a small local store. The size that fit into the socket was one of the larger ones that they carried, sorry can't remember the exact size, took my gear housing into the store and just sized it up with the various ones they had in the store. Greesed it up and they work great. Fixed both front doors for about $ 1.50 a piece!
Just passing along some knowledge before some pays $ 30 for a gear rebuild kit
