power windows

so, after following the sticky about replacing the motor bushings for the windows i can't find the little c-clip for the passenger front window re-assembly. is it bad if it doesn't have it?

I would go to the auto parts store & get one for it to be safe . seems like the cover with the 3 screws would hold it all in but I can not say for sure . . :roll:
