I am thinking of a way to reduce the timing chain noise on startup. I am going to Crank the engine with no fuel pump voltage momentary via kill switch Then I will start the vehicle normally. Any opinions.

Several users have done this.

Too easy, simply push the gas pedal to the floor before you crank the engine. Let off the gas when you want it to start. It only takes a second or two for the oil pressure to come up, watch the gauge when you crank the starter.
