2012 Explorer on order
The nav system gave me a card fault so I ejected it, and it did nothing. I then shut the truck off and ejectcted the card. The system shut completely down. Holding the card I moved towards the bin. Unfortunately I bumped my hand and dropped the card. The card slid down the topside of the bin door into no mans land somewhere into the center console. I cannot find the card on http://www.fordparts.com/Default.aspx?gnav=nav:home and cannot locate a replacement. Will the dealer be able to copy a new card for me to use? if any Ford Team member can answer this it would be very helpful.

I believe they are fairly expensive. Have your dealer fish out the card for you in the center console.

Don't the side panels of the center console just "pop" off? I would think you could get it yourself.

Yes they just pop-out. Here's a pic I had posted a long time ago from when they did the first MFT update on my Ex (from 2.7 to 2.11)

Thanks everyone

Thanks for all the help. The dealer has some service bulletins and did the pull and find gratis.
