Problem with the clutch master cylinder

hello everybody.

I have a trouble with the hidraulic system on my clutch.

My problem is that we have changed the clutch master cylinder
and the salve cylinder on it and now when we make the
draining in the pump cylinder the car works fine, but after
some minutes and when the car gets warm the pump doesn't
work and it doesn't get/send the enough pression and
because of that it can not open enough the preasure plate
to make the gearshifting work properly.

How can you help me with that?

Check out the Explorer Tips section on this site... it has a pdf. file from the Ford shop manual on bleeding the clutch.

You have to disconnect the line from the clutch master cylinder that runs down into the driver's side of the gearbox. (you need a quick-disconnect tool to push back the Teflon ring into the gear box to release the pins holding the line)
After the line is disconnected, put a small screwdriver tip into the disconnect port to open the line, have someone push HARD on the clutch pedal to "blow out" the fluid from the master cylinder( have a container under the line to catch the fluid).... remove the screwdriver tip to close the disconnect port.(to keep air from being sucked into the line if you release the pedal too soon)... release pressure on the clutch. You'll have to keep doing this to work the air down out of the master cylinder. Don't forget to top off the reservoir.
Bleeding the slave cylinder out only effects how easily the pedal will release.
