Problems with Explorer

I actually joined this forum back in 2015 when I had ordered my platinum explorer. Needless to say, by warranty is now about up and i have some issues I would like help with, but having trouble figuring out how to post a "new thread" under my specific year. Can anyone help me?

Then click on ‘New Thread” at the top. I got there by clicking on “Forums” in the bar near the top of the page.
