problems with my awd to 4406 conversion

I'm having some problems here. I swapped out the awd case for the
4406 case. Everything went just fine except, I'm getting
a front speed sensor code 1836 and the 4X4 lights are flashing on me.
I checked it out and the front speed sensor it not giving a signal to the
gem. Now when I picked up this transfercase it didn't have a shift motor or
the front and rear speed sensors. I got the speed sensors from a trans
shop, but the guy told me they were out of a 4405 case not a 4406 case
If I swap the sensors I get no reading on either, this tells me the
front sensor it bad, but why didn't the other work. They both look
the same. My question is does anybody know if the sensors are different
on the 4406 case maybe they go in a different location in the case when mounted and it's not being triggered properly?

Problem solved, replaced front speed sensor all is well now.
I hope nobody else has one the speed sensors go bad.
I got this one from a friend at a trans shop. No parts store
or the ford dealer has a listing for a speed sensor. I think
if you have to buy one these you would have to buy a
transfercase shift motor from the dealer and hope these come
with it.
