just did the TT on the Xplorer and took all of 10 minutes to do myself. tools needed were a 1/2 " deep socket, 3/8 Driver, a bit of WD-40, and a bit of elbow grease. and up she went, only raised her about 3/4 " just enough to level her out with the rear after me and a buddy installed the home made rear leaf shackles. will post up some pics later today.....

Btt

oh yeah i never did get any of it mounted on top....LMAO. will get some today, sorry bout that....hehehe

here ya guys go, the last 5 pics are of it mounted. just took them.....

as you can see by the pics i took the 4 little roof loops off and used the little brackets that were in the roof rails for my mounting points to bolt into. this kept it so that if i wanted to remove it for whatever reason, i'd be able to do so with ease.....

hey thats pretty darn cool! quick qestion...when you installed your lights on the luggage rack where did you run the wires? did you drill a hole in the roof or slip them in somewhere...I would like to do something similar what you did.

LMAO, i was just gonna post on the thread you started about the light bar thats too funny. actually i'll take a few pics of how i have the wires run today and post them in with the other project pics so you can get an idea. i basically just ran them right along the roof rack with wire loom for protection ( of course ) from the weather and sun and branchs ( lmao ) and zip tied them the wire loom to the roof rack. i grounded the lights to a screw that was right at the front of the rack track, i ran the power wire down behind the weather stripping and in the passenger door and inside the moulding and down the driver door moulding. from there i mounted a toggle switch on the custom "CB / toggle mount / Mood light" center console. but like i said i'll snap a few photos of the whole thing from lights to toggle switch mount. ;D

if anyone has any pics of fog lights mounted on top of a 2nd gen explorer bumper they could share that would be great. and how they went about mounting them also.... Thanks :) :)

wanna do the quick disconnects for my front sway bar and have searched but haven't found the thread that everyone talks of how to do this mod. any help would be appreciated.......

I suggest you start new threads when your wanting information. Be sure to tittle them like " Sway Bar Quick Disconnects ? " so people will be able to find your thread.

Ive been quietly watching your modifications and pictures, keep up the good work!
