Pulls to right when brake is applied

When I apply the brakes the steering wheel and car move to the right. Anyone have suggestions on what could be causing this?

How bad does it pull? Violently, or just barely, or somewhere between. My guesses are: (not in any certain order)

1) Old brake fluid/air in the lines
Bleed brakes with a quality brake fluid - push out enough fluid through each line until you see the new fluid coming out.

2) Brake pads
Check and replace pads as necessary (do rears as well)

3) Some how the brake bias (the pressure that is divided between front/rear and left/right) is screwed up.
Could be the master brake cylinder or the brake bias valve - take to a repair facility.

I think I fixed it. I pushed the pistons in on the right caliper and regreased the slide pins. Then put it all back together and took it for a test drive. Now it doesn't pull.

on both sides or just the right side? I'm going ot be working on my brakes this weekend before ccr... ive got the same problem.

Rear axle seal

I had the same peoblem and it turned out to be the rear axle seal. It wa leaking ever so slightly, but enough to put a thin layer of gear oil on my right rear brake shoes. I replaced the seal and now it's fine.

whenever you change your brakes you want to be sure to use a good High Temp lub on the guide pins. You can get this lub in a little pouch at any good automotive store, it is usually only a nother dollar or two. Other wise you get really bad wear on the pads and or rotors, because the caliper sticks. This will cause the vehicle to go to one side or the other when breaking.
