Putting a cobra engine in my explorer

I have a 95 5.0 cobra mustang engine that I want to put in my explorer. It is stoked to 347. Aftermarket heads, cams, rokers, msd ignition, pullies, ect. Can I modify it into my 97 ford explorer. I mean will I have to weld new motor mounts to fit it?

motor will drop right in, you will just need v8 explorer motor mounts.
