First off, thanks to everyone who replied to my other question regarding suspension and body lifts on my 1993 explorer xlt, I really appreciate it.

Okay, so I've searched around the web and found a few things. I can't do any of these until spring time, but I'd like to have a goal right now. I'm thinking of a 6" suspension lift and a 3" body lift with 33" tires. Now basically, I'm not really into off roading, im sure I will do a few things but nothing major. I'm just going for looks.

My question is how safe would this be? Like.. what I'm worried about is driving on the freeway (if wind hits at like 85 would it flip me?) or if I was driving over a big city bridge, would the wind flip me then? If so, how big can I raise it without having these dangers?

Thanks again guys, I really appreciate it.

you dont need 9" of lift for 33s... if you dont want to trim, then 6" suspension should be enough....

9" of lift and no offroading! your crazy. you also might want to go w/ 35's b/c 33 will look funny under there. plus get as hide a tire as you can if flipping is an issue for you and don't remove the sway bars. mine w/ 4 " of lift and 32's, i lean pretty bad going around corners as is. i'd hate to do it w/ 9'' and 33's!
