Question about my setup

ok i finally built my box for my 2 15s bout 2.8CF per sub i will be adding poly fill when i get back from AZ also

ok i have a RF 800@2 powering them..its the older model i know my pos alt isnt giving it enough power but...its plently loud for right now =)

ok my question is when i wasrunning just one sub the seats shook like the car was gunna fall apart..but now that i have two subs the seats dont shake hardly at all..

i just want to understand why it does that? or if thats normal i havent futsed with it at all because the 2nd sub is still breaking in

i read before in something EWF posted i think about phase and such..so if the subs are out of phase they will cancel some of there output?

and if they are in phase they should like boost(cant think of the word) the output of the subs???

so my amp is a 2 channel..one subs on right and one subs on left wouldnt that mean they were hitting out of phase from each other?? i have a stupid HU with only 1 pre out..when i get a job ill fix that..i had meant to before i put in the 2nd sub

also does anyone know of any cali stereo comps? id kind of like to just enter one once to get my car rated =) lol i know by most peoples standers my stereo is crap..but it sends my ears into shock now so im good for a while =) lol

I don't think that being left and right would cause them to be out of phase. Are they hooked up + to +, - to -? Is the box facing the same way? where are the gains set?

i pulled everything out of my car since its going to sit for 3 weeks while im in AZ and upon cleaning up the amp i noticed i had been turning the frew knob the wrong way =)..when i thought it was going down it was going up!!!!....sigh yes i know im slow so im pretty sure that was what changed

wassent really a..problem because i dont need the seats to shake i just thought there was something wrong..and it looks like there was lol in 3 weeks ill tell u if thats what it was sigh lol
