question about my trans?

ever since my motor blew up and i put a new motor in my ex i have been getting the od light flashing periodically and shutting off with codes for my torque converter clutch. and my check engine light has come on periodically with the code for my TCC solenoid. could this be caused by a wiring screw up when i put it all back together or is there something actually wrong with my trans. now?

It could be a wiring problem. You won't know until you pull all the codes from the engine and trans.
