question about roof racks..

I was wondering what size I should get, I have at 98 4 door, and do they come in different heights, such like 4 inchs tall, or 5 inches tall? what mounts should I use, I dont want ones that just bolt to the factory rack, do they make them so the slide into the runners that the stock ones fit into??

Hawaiian that isnt a site for surco. WannaXP8, surco safari racks mount to the rails and they come in different lenghts and widths but all of them are the same heighth. I have a 45x60 and I think it fits perfectly on my 4 door.
