Sorry FrshPwdr haven't been here for a while. As for the spray foam, It was a PITA! I got it on my hands, and nothing takes it off! It is still all over my fingernails. I also got it in my hair, I had to pluck it out with a comb and there are still little specks in my hair. Sean saw my car with the hatch panel off. That kid's pretty cool. Anyway, if you take off your hatch panel, you'll see two giant openings that expose the hatch skin. I sprayed into the bottom and just kept working my way up to the bottom edge of the holes. On one side, I just sprayed the whole can in at once. Don't do this! If you poke into the foam, 2 weeks later it isn't dry. Spray a little bit, wait 5 minutes, then spray some more. If you take your time, it should work out well. Another PITA was the holes where the hatch panel clips into. You have to wait for the foam to dry, then whittle away at it the best you can. I ended up using a file and just poking away. It wasn't dry inside the dry layer of foam, so I ended up destroying the file. What also sucks is the the fact I had to wait for the foam inside to dry, so I had to keep poking to let air in there. If I didn't, the foam would have gotten on the hatch panel, and I'd never be able to take it off again. After all this I said $%#@ this and spray glued a whole bunch of reflectix in there. What puzzles me is the foam didn't seem to do anything for damping or road noise. The reflectix makes a difference though. Since it's sunny today, I'll let the X sit in the Sun hopefully drying any undried foam. Then I'm going to whittle out all the foam the best I can. I'll spray Truck bed liner on there, then two layers of Raamatt (Generic Dynamat Extreme) then, if it isn't quiet enough for me, I'm going to go get some Dap Tex foam. It isn't messy and doesn't expand like a #%@*. You run zero risk of dimpleing your hatch, and it cleans up with soap and water. Hope this helped, I still haven't heard from AC Blessing, because I want to know how he kept putting foam past the huge holes. What he used to seal them So the foam couldn't expand out of the holes.
