question on safari bar

I've orderd a safari bar made for a 96 explorer for my 92 explorer. Is there going to be much of a difference in bolting it on, or am I going to need to make modifications to the undercarage? Any feedback would be awsome

well, it will all depend on how it attaches to your truck....... I did just that.... used a "newer" style push bar on a 94 "X". I had to use my 5lbs. sladge to "modify" the bar's mounting brackets. Later to make it sturdy I had to use angle grinder and welder....... I hope that you won't have to go through all that...
