quick 02 sensor question

I had a check engine light last week and it said Bank 2 Sensor 1 oxygen sensor. I bought the sensor, but the guy at AutoZone wasn't sure which one it was. Could somebody please help me out. I know I should replace all of em, but I don't have a job.

BTW I have a 98 Sport w/ the OHV engine.

Bank 2 sensor 1 will be the one closest to the engine on the driver side.

Rob had a comment about knowing he had to replace all his O2 sensors, why is that? I'm currently researching a P0153 error code, which I've determined to be a driver's side front O2 sensor that is slow in reponding. The problem is intermittant - happened last weekend after first occuring last July. I was thinking of just replacing the defective sensor, is there any reason why this is not the case? Seems like a simple job, am I missing anything?
