Quick and simple questions

I know ive seen it before on here but i searched and nothing. I want to know what offset i should get for my new muffler. Should i got offset/offset, center/offset, center/center? And im running it so it wil exit lightning style so i dont know if that has anything to do with inlet/outlet locations. And my second question is what size pipe do i have stock. I need to know so i can get the right size magnaflow y-pipe. Thanks guys

Y-pipe: Double 2.25" pipe to a single 2.5"

Idially you want a center/center but not all muffler comes with that configuration. My orig 40 Flowmaster for example did not come with one or at least could not find one. So I got an offset in/center out instead.

Oh, BTW, you don't want to "dump" an orig 40 Flowmaster as pictured above.
