Ok this is not for my X but my friends Mustang V8. I told him I would post the question here, hope you do not mind. He had his intake manifold replaced about 4 months ago as it was cracked around the thermostat housing. It has been running ok up till about a week ago. Started running rough, I told him it feels like a fouled plug or a really bad injector. He took it back to the guys that did the manifold and the told him that there was rad fluid that leak from around the outside of the sparkplug hole into the cylinder. I told him that its sounds kinda of fishy. Any Ideas???
Thanks Guys,

Mark

Was the car overheating? Was there any antifreeze mixed with the engine oil? Do a compression test to see if it has a bad head gasket. The spark plugs might be bad from before they replaced the intake manifold.

The car never over heated. No water mixed with oil. Could the have messed up the gasket when they installed the intake manifold??? Is there a common part of the gasket that is between the fuel intake and a water jacket?
