Last week while trying to fix a loose fan shroud I accidently drilled a small hole in my radiator. Coolant began to slowly drip out at a constant rate and I mended the hole with some Fahrenheit heat putty I had. The day after my stupid incident I drove to Vermont and back (650 miles total) with no problems. All I noticed was the engine ran a little cool (the gauge read just below N for most of the trip). Do I need to replace the radiator? The leak has completely stopped. I have added no coolant since the incident. Also, should I add radiator Stop Leak to it or not? Any information is appreciated.

Shouldn't have to rplace the rad, patched many a radiator in this fashion w/ no problems. running cool? probably got the coolant mixture off a little bit, or have a air bubble, try burping the system

I had a head gasket coolant leak at the back of the block and those little shiny flakes did wonders. Over 5 years and no leaks. The question is how well did it bond? Surface preperation is everything since the radiator and the epoxy will expand at different rates. Over time, you could have trouble. The stop leak will provide some margin of safety since the hole seems like nothing more than a slight nick.
