Radiator removal is pretty easy, almost obvious. The manuals are helpful. be sure to get the right replacement, I could not get the right one from Autozone, they gave me one with the wrong transmission cooler fittings. A Valeo part from a local radiator.com (sp?) shop was both cheaper and perfect. The original fittings on my '95 XLT were fairly small diameter, the ones I got from Autozone were larger diameter and just wrong. Check them before you even bother to take the radiator out of the box... Might want to take the time to replace the thermostat also since it is easily accessible when the radiator is out, and of course hoses/clamps. Here in Phoenix, this is critical And of course burping the system, which is just a PAIN.
