Ford radios often "rebooted" with a spell in the fridge/airing cupboard. Certainly sorted my screen issues. Don't suppose you've got the paperwork to take to the Fraud dealership??

I believe that link downloads 2 different code programs but the only one you will need is the m. once open it will show as an image of the radio and you have to click on the m serial number box then type in your code. Then hover the mouse somewhere around IIRC the button 6 or just below it until you get a + sign then left click (just tried it and it is just below the 6 button at the edge of the radio image in line with the right hand edge of the button, if that makes sense). To close the program hover around the on/off knob then click once you have the +
Also if you have "locked 10" or "locked 13" you can try the procedure below; try to keep pressed "1" and "6" or only "6" and you have more chans
or
Try this:
1. Drivers door open - leave open.
2. Ign. ON. - Use RED key only.
3. Radio ON.
4. Press and hold presets 1, 3 and 6.
5. Ign. OFF then back ON within 1 second.
6. Release presets 1, 3 and 6.
7. Radio OFF.
8. Ign. OFF.
Repeat the above the same number of times that is showing on the display when you started. i.e: 10 or 13.
