Radio/Navigation System Problems

Have a 2008 Ford Explorer Limited with in-dash radio/navigation system. I changed my dead battery out for a new one. Now the power to just the in-dash screen system is out. Checked all the possible radio/navigation fuses and none were blown. Any suggestions to what it might be and how to go about fixing it?

I'm thinking some type of anti theft feature? Try to disconnect/reconnect the unit. I wouldnt be surprised if it asks you for some sort of code.
