While on a long road trip, my radio stopped working in my 2010 Explorer. No display or power. Nothing works. It's as if a fuse is bad, but fuses are fine (unless I missing one other than #11 under the dash and 41 under the hood). I've also disconnected the battery for 5 minutes. No change. Any ideas?

I'd pull the radio and check for power in the wire.

Thanks edwx - my thought too. I confirmed power at the fuse. Then I followed sojodave's instructions for removing the radio (he's right - it was easy). I thought there might be an inline fuse behind the stereo. There wasn't. No loose connections either. I didn't test the wire at the stereo for current after learning today that I am only at 33K and should still be under warranty. I'm going to make an appointment to make it the dealership's problem as I think the problem is within the stereo unit itself.

Thanks for the help!

Edit: Warranty confirmed and appt. made for Friday. I suspect they will replace the stereo. I'll post the outcome for other reader's knowledge.
