Radio Swap

I tried doing a search on this but I couldn't come up with anything. Does anyone know if the stock radio from a 2007 F-150 will fit in an 01 explorer? I know I'll probably have to do something as far as the wiring harness is concerned but I found a really good deal on one and just want to know if it will fit size wise.

I don't believe so, I think the 07 radio is larger and mounts different.

Yea plus it is a whole lot taller.....I know the 04-05 ranger radios are plug in play basically.....anybody know if the 05 sport trac radio will work?? I can pick up a pioneer one with 6 disc mp3 for about $30.00
