radio wires need help!!

when i got my explorer the harness ends were cut leaving just wires.. i know i have a stock amp and theres like 15 wires or soo.. i only found the power etc. and hard wires the fronts for now.. anyone know which wires go to which speakers how i could hard wire it ?? remember i have no ends on these just wire ,, and help would be great!!
