I have a set of them & was wondering with out checking being as im on L&I with a broken wrist which went through surgery with a T plate & 9 screws,7 broken ribs & a punctured lung. Would these be able to be bolted to the front of the 98/99 explorer frame horns? Reason I say 98/99 is that my 98 will be having the 99 front bumper installed for the larger round fog lights, plus the 99 bumpers has the openings similar to the 2001-2003 Rangers that the factory D hooks came off of.
