Rattle In Front End

For a while, something has been rattling in the front of my X. I've tried to have it fixed a few times (replaced ball joints, sway bar links and bushings). When I replaced the sway bar links, it stopped for about 3 weeks, then started getting bad again. I don't know much about mechanics of an Explorer, so I don't really know what else to do.

I'm not too familiar with 2nd generation front ends, but if you got the bushings done and it stopped, it sounds like maybe the sway bar bushings seated themselves and the washers are rattling again like when they were shot. If they are the same type of bushings I am thinking of. I've had that happen before. Just tightened them up a couple of turns and they were fine. Hopefully this helps. Good luck!

Yep, see if you can tighten down the links more.
