My wife came home from work today & said there is a rattle in the l/s front when driving. I took it for a ride & it occurs over uneven pavement like where the road was dug up & re-paved. When I got back to the house from my road test I slid under the f/e by the l/s front wheel where the noise sounds like it is coming from & grabbed the sway bar link & it seems to be tight, the shock is not leaking or loose. When I kneel down by the l/s front tire & put one hand on the end of the sway bar where the end link comes through the top & with my other hand move the l/s front of the truck up & down I can hear the noise & feel it in the end of the sway bar. I am thinking sway bar end links, or the frame bushings for the sway bar. Any ideas?.
