Every time I get under this 94 explorer 4x4 i find another stinkin leak. I got a p/s and a tranny leak and my gf just bought this thing a few months back from a lovely used car lot. I don't know if i want to invest the time much less the money into it. It makes me want to jump out the window but I live in a single story home so not much good a first floor plunge would do.. So if any one could give me some idea's that would be great........:thumbdwn:

Maybe go to the peak of the roof? Got any tree's? In all seriousness how much is it leaking? Fixing leaky lines and fittings can be a pain in the ass, but is cheap. If you have access to a garage, put it on ramps and see if you can locate where the fluid is coming from. If it's leaking any major amount it should be obvious.

Try some stopleak in both the tranny and the PS pump....unless have the money to do it the right way, and want to do it the right way.

Not an option for all, but I got tired of the puddles my 98 Sport was leaving underneath it and replaced it with an 05 EB. Just my .02.

If you are going to put stopleak in a trans or PS system, assume you will be replacing the units at some point. Just my opinion...
