Hello,

I realize this is kind of a weird thread, but I figure with all the knowledge on these boards, it can't hurt to ask.

I was going to SeaFoam my truck today but unfortunately, I'm the only one around, (got off for the week!). Is there anyway I can SeaFoam by myself? I was under the impression if a hose wasn't connected, it would stall out - kind of defeating the purpose. :(

Thanks for the quick reply BB! But i think I'm stuck. I removed plastic cover and started the car with everything intact. Then, I pulled the IAC hose - stalled. :( Is that the part in the process where it needs more gas? Also, would it just be easier if I rigged the IAC hose to sip the SeaFoam through a straw? That way, I could start the card and let the suction take the SeaFoam from the get-go.

IAC doesnt have a hose. Do you mean PCV hose?

Just start it up, pop the brake booster line off and partially cover it with your thumb. Heres an example.
