Really, really, stupid question....

Hello all, new to the board. I'm a new convert to the SUV world. Just bought a used 2006 XLT w/ 47,x.. miles. so far I'm loving the truck. I've been doing some searches for the various questions I had, and have pretty much found the answers, although.... I'm embarassed to ask this question but here it goes... What kind of gas are you guys using for this truck? LOL

I come from the sport coupe world and used to using premium type fuel, but was unsure of the type to use on this truck. I've asked the dealer what type but I bought it from a Honda dealership and my dealer said "regular is fine". So basically I just wanted to make sure w/ ford suv heads... Thanks

regular is definitely fine, it should work okay with that in the tank, myself i run a tank of the good stuff through mine every so many tanks, just for fun,,

Regular is fine, any higher grade is wasting money unless you have an aftermarket computer tune.

I run her til the low fuel comes on, park it. use the honda for a week or so until someone calls and says "Hey pal, could I borrow the explorer? Gotta pick up a (fill in the blank)." Then, next time i get in there is gas!
